Voice communications (business grade telephone systems)are an essential part of businesses and where we got our start over 10 years ago. A big part of that core business is exploring all your options from open source to legacy systems and managing them so you can communicate efficiently with customers and employees.

Since the year 2000 we have been selling and installing Nortel TDM, VOIP and SIP phone systems in the St. Louis area. These PBX and smaller Key telephone systems are basic business necessities and many of them are still in service today. As TDM is replaced, VOIP and SIP offer new products and additional functionality.

In December 2009, Avaya acquired Nortel Enterprise Solutions (NES) and is working to consolidate the product line in the coming months. As Avaya clarifies the roadmap, Convergent Communications will continue to sell and service Nortel products well into the future. We will keep you updated as we add new voice products to our portfolio.
